Last Days of School

Morgan made it through first grade! And she made it with flying colors and wonderful memories. She was sad to leave her amazing teacher and her friends, but thankfully, end of the year activities made it all bearable.

Field day activities were held the Friday before school let out.
Here she is with her beloved teacher, Ms. Triplett.

Playing "dry, dry, wet!" with a bucket of water.

WET!!!
The students climbed the rope and then could swing
from the rope across half the gym.

Wall of Fame
Morgan made the Principals Wall of Fame. Their are only a few from each class that get chosen and she was fortunate to be chosen each term. Students get to have breakfast with the principal and their families. It is followed by an awards ceremony. They recieve a nifty certificate, their name on the "wall" of fame leading to the cafeteria and a bracelet. But their greatest privilege is to get a big piece of bubble yum and chew gum the entire day!

She and her best friend, Adriana.

Last Day of School
Morgan LOVES Ms. Triplett. She is an absolutely fantastic teacher.
Unfortunately, she will be moving so we will miss her tons. We are so
grateful Morgan had a loving teacher that made her entire year.
She will remember her forever.
Dancing to music the last day of school.
Ice cream social

After watching an amazing and touching slide show of the year,
Ms. Triplett read Dr. Suess' "Oh the Place You'll Go"
Ms. Triplett made memory books for each child.

Saying good-bye was heart-breaking. Lots of tears...
What a wonderful world!
