Harvesting at Miller Farms

If you have not visited Miller Farms, you need to! It is a great working farm that has tons of fun activities for families and especially children from racing tiny tractors to sledding down dirt/mud hills to harvesting all sorts of vegetables in their massive fields. It's great fun!We planned to go this past Saturday with our friends, Ben and Nicole Post. Unfortunately, it was the coldest day we've had this Fall and it was also somewhat wet. But, we bundled up and headed north anyway. We did pretty well for several hours, but by the end, the babies, Jaydeen and Macy, told us it was time to go!

We gathered up tons of vegetables and had a great time picking them. Here are some pics capturing our fun day!
Ben and Nicole Post with Ellie (3) and Jaydeen (11 mos.)

On the hayride, traveling from one field to another.

We gathered up a bunch of Indian Corn! So pretty.

Check out all of the vegetables we were able to pick. Yum!

You guys are brave riding out that nasty weather. We postponed our trip based on the weather last week. Glad you had a great time! Your girls are darling, Morgan looks SO OLD!
